What you will be rewarded with:

• $55-58k per annum + KiwiSaver

• Team size of 5 
• Roster: Tuesday - Saturday, 40 hours per week
  (Store opening hours Monday - Wednesday 9-6 pm, Thursday/Friday 9-9 pm, Saturday 9-6 pm, Sunday 10-6 pm)
• Cash bonus incentive throughout December: Store Managers receive 1% of all Sales over Store Budget for the month of December

• Premium customer service and styling experience are a bonus!

The role:
Responsible for managing the Botany store, which includes overseeing sales, staff and inventory. The successful Manager will be a driven, fashionista who loves customer service and spending time styling/outfitting and building a wardrobe. This position will see you, coach, motivate, and inspire your team through detailed and ongoing training.
