They are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage, maintain and grow their key accounts. Reporting into the Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing your existing customer base, along with strengthening your relationships to be the preferred supplier. The role is heavily dependent on your natural ability to network, communicate and build strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building relationships. You will need to be driven to succeed and enjoy networking with a wide range of companies, businesses, brands and individuals.
The Job Role: - Focused on sales budgets and generating continual growth
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
- Effectively manage diverse customer base
- Analyse potential opportunities via sales reporting
- Close monitoring of competitor activity
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with key accounts
- Actively network internally and externally across all relevant functions
- Strong team player with a solution focused approach
- Brand advocate and educate on product portfolio
What you will Bring: - Experience in a BD or Account Manager position
- Tool industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Effective communication style
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Entrepreneurial business skills and acumen
- Naturally customer oriented
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Organised with strong time management skills
