They now require an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help run their successful Takapuna store!

The Role: 

• Driving store sales targets & KPI’s
• Managing a small close-knit team
• HR Functions - Performance reviews & recruitment
• Visual Merchandising & Promotional setups
• Managing large stock volumes including stocktakes
• Rostering, weekly reporting & Administration 
• Coaching and training your team 
• Driving the cores values of the business

Skills and attributes required:

• At least 1+ years management experience ideally in apparel or large format retail
• Passion for providing the highest quality customer experience
• Strong operational and organisational abilities 
• Proven results-driving sales and people management
• Passion for a fast-paced retail environment and progressing in your career
