The role:
Reporting into the District Manager, leading a team size of 13. This position is responsible for all day to day operations ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively. Driving sales targets, KPI's and overseeing inventory control.  Developing, coaching and training your team to see success! This store is undergoing a full refurbishment in July, meaning the store will be sparkling brand new. Brand values are an important focus in this role along with improving store standards. Onehunga location.
