Skill and Attributes required: - Experience in retail management and interest in second-hand goods
- Ability to recruit, lead and motivate volunteers
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
- Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude
- Great relationship-building skills and strong community focus
- Admin skills, including reporting and forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills

We are searching for a down-to-earth, hardworking, and experienced leader to join the successful
Waiuku store.
The job: Leading a team of 2 paid team members + additional 20 volunteers with the support of an Assistant Manager. The successful leader will have great people skills and a love for giving back to the community. This job is responsible for overseeing all recruitment, rostering, stocktakes, sales, and in-store training.
You must have NZ working rights and currently reside in NZ to be considered.
