About the role:

Take this opportunity to join a well established brand and use your retail knowledge and instinct to influence product and merchandising in store to drive sales and achieve targets.

Managing a team of 6 you will have a systematic approach to stock control and creative ideas about merchandising to display full price product to its best advantage while turning through clearance stock.

You will also manage on-line orders and dispatch quickly and efficiently.

About you:

• 2-3 years Retail Store Management experience
• High volume stock experience
• Excellent time management experience
• Professional communication to influence other departments and achieve outcomes in the company's best interests.
• Team management- recruitment, training, succession planning
• Efficient administrative skills
