The role: You will be tasked with achieving set targets and KPIs and will naturally lead from the front ensuring the team are working with integrity at all times. You may be expected to provide support and motivation & education on different product offerings and ensuring an inviting and welcoming store is presented at all times.
What you will bring to the role: -2+ years Retail Sales experience as this is a Senior position within the team
-Experience working within finance or technology will be advantageous
-High energy
-Leadership experience is welcomed
-Proactive and self motivation
-Experience working with structured KPI's and sales
-Can handle confrontational customers and situations
-Ability to work at least one weekend day
-Strong tenure from previous or current employment within retail
