The role: 

The purpose of the role is to drive the entire store operation, our client is extremely transparent with their reporting and you will be expected to drive sales, customer satisfaction and team development. 

Our client is regarded as NZ’s favourite and best place to buy, sell and borrow who also offer short term finance to approved customers. 

Some key responsibilities will include: 

• Staff performance, development, coaching and training including involvement in recruitment 
• Maintaining compliance across the entire team and function 
• Drive the team to achieve targets in a motivating environment  
• Complete ad hoc administration tasks as required 
• Effective stock management 

What we are looking for? 

• Results oriented individuals who has a fiercely resilient nature 
• A retail manager who is organized and planned in their approach to work 
• Exceptional administration experience 
• No ego – you will be dealing with a wide variety of kiwi individuals  
• Staff management experience - lead a team of 9x to success 
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi faceted store
