Our client: 

Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior / Flagship Store Manager to join their Manukau store which is the Flagship for NZ. Our client has been around for close to 60 years providing sporting retail to their kiwi customers. Their product range is always on trend leading the way. 

The role: 

Requires an experienced Store Manager to lead their engaged team of 20x in Manukau. We are after a hands on leader, that's preferred leadership style is to lead from the front and work closely with team members to develop their skill set and offer exceptional service to all customers. You will be supported by a leadership team of 3-4 in your store plus a stock coordinator, complimented with a large Full Time base and Casuals. 

-Coach, inspire and motivate a team of 20 
-Drive high performance through effective management of KPI, sales and wage budgets 
-Oversee and manage all inventory, visual merchandising and overall store presentation 
-People management 

What you will bring: 

You will be someone that loves being active and has a guilty pleasure obsession with leisurewear and footwear. You will also:

-be an experienced Senior Retail Manager 
-have experience in apparel and or footwear
-be able to demonstrate a collaborative and hands on leadership approach 
-be commercially astute 
-have VM and high volume stock management experience 

What you will be rewarded with: 

-fantastic and above market rate salary of $70-80k per annum 
-opportunity to earn bonus + commission - your OTE should be $115k per year
