Your New Role:
We’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in Bankstown. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team on the shop floor, drive strong commercial outcomes and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. You’ll be central to creating a store environment that reflects the brand’s vibrant and feel-good identity.
What You’ll Be Looking After:
- Overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance and consistent brand standards.
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to build a motivated, high-performing culture.
- Driving sales performance and achieving key KPIs through clear planning and execution.
- Managing visual merchandising to maintain engaging, seasonal and on-brand store presentation.
- Creating a welcoming and energetic customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat visits.
- Overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy and overall store presentation.
- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally fashion, accessories, or lifestyle.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and support a team.
- Commercially focused with a solid understanding of sales targets and KPI delivery.
- Natural ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure in a busy store environment.
