Danielle started at Retailworld back in 2012 as our Administration Assistant in Auckland before crossing the ditch to be the National Administration Assistant for Retailworld in Australia.  After arriving in Australia in early 2013, Danielle progressed through a number of roles including Executive Assistant, Account Manager, and Fashion Team Coordinator.

After 18 months of shopping up a storm in the Australian fashion capital, Danielle relocated back to Auckland to continue her Recruitment Career and expand her leadership experience. Danielle re-joined RWR Group as Agency Manager for Retailworld Auckland in July 2017.

Danielle’s role of Agency Director sees her lead a team of motivated Account Managers across the Executive and Shopfront space, she also heads up our RPO division.

In her first year back she took out three of our annual awards, acknowledging the success as both an individual and manager in our business and has continued to take out awards each year.

Danielle prides herself on achieving results for her clients and candidates, and she achieves these results by providing knowledgeable and strategic solutions within the recruitment space.

With an abundance of recruitment success behind her and several accolades in the world of recruitment, Danielle is more than equipped to ensure our service delivery and results are to the highest standards for our Candidates and Clients.
