Trish McLean is the CEO of RWR Group which includes specialist recruitment brands; RWR Health, Retailworld, and Hospoworld.

Initially starting in her career in Pharmaceuticals, a strong entrepreneurial flair attracted Trish to purchase her first business at the age of 26. After a few years of hard work Trish sold her restaurant and travelled overseas. Upon her return, she entered the world of executive recruitment and soon saw an opportunity to develop a niche offering for the retail channel.

As one of the founders of RWR Group, Trish has a genuine passion for business and a real interest in people.

Trish won the Her Business Businesswoman of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007 recognising her passion, drive and entrepreneurialism. In the past, Trish has been on the Industry Advisory Board at AUT University and the Industry Advisory Board for the national training organisation ServiceIQ.

More recently, Trish connected with her former high school Waitakere College as a founding member of the Waitakere College Foundation (WCF) as a Foundation Trustee. The Trust aims to remove barriers and provide opportunities for kids to succeed.
