With experience spanning recruitment, retail, property and technology/blockchain across Sweden, Norway and Australia; Shabbo thrives on creating value through collaboration, analytical insight and relationship building. Whether he’s sourcing skilled retailers or navigating the unique nuances of brands and industries, he has a natural ability to identify trends, find top talent and match it with the right opportunity so that everyone feels aligned.


His background in 360-degree recruitment across international markets gives him a strong global perspective and adaptability, enabling him to work seamlessly with diverse teams, understand business priorities and foster relationships built on trust.
