The Role As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, team engagement, and customer experience. You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor while balancing commercial decision-making with operational excellence.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Drive sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards
  • Execute Visual Merchandising to brand and commercial guidelines
  • Manage stock, inventory, and store operations efficiently
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and motivated team culture
About You
  • Proven Store Manager experience in retail
  • Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Commercially savvy with a data-driven mindset
  • Confident in stock management, VM, and store operations
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Must currently reside in New Zealand and hold valid working rights
