About the Role:
We’re looking for a fashion-forward Store Manager to lead a team of 10, supported by an Assistant Manager. You’ll drive sales, inspire your team, and ensure exceptional, style-focused customer experiences. This hands-on role covers all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, staff development, and day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s fashion, has proven retail management experience, and excels at motivating high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver personalised, style-driven experiences for every customer
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
• Oversee inventory, stock management, and operational processes
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ retail/store management experience, preferably in fashion
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver measurable results
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Passion for fashion and creating exceptional customer experiences
