With a strong customer base and a reputation built over 4 decades, the business is also preparing for an exciting next chapter — moving into a brand-new purpose-built site in 2026, offering modern facilities and room to grow. It’s a great time to step in, help shape the branch's future, and lead a team through positive change.
The Benefits:
- $80K–$85K base salary + work vehicle provided
- Monday–Friday roster with occasional Saturday
- Lead a small, capable, down-to-earth team

What You’ll Do - Lead and motivate a small team day-to-day
- Build relationships with farmers and rural customers
- Manage stock, safety, and yard presentation
- Support customers with practical advice and product knowledge
- Visit properties to understand customer needs and projects
- Drive standards and get stuck in where needed
About You - Rural background/interest – farming, fencing, trades, or similar
- Confident talking to a wide range of people
- Organised, practical, and solutions-focused
- Physically capable and happy to lend a hand
- Leadership experience, or ready to step up
