The Benefits:

• $80K–$85K base salary + work vehicle provided
• Monday–Friday roster with occasional Saturday
• Lead a small, capable, down-to-earth team

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a small team day-to-day
• Build relationships with farmers and rural customers
• Manage stock, safety, and yard presentation
• Support customers with practical advice and product knowledge
• Visit properties to understand customer needs and projects
• Drive standards and get stuck in where needed

About You

• Rural background/interest – farming, fencing, trades, or similar
• Confident talking to a wide range of people
• Organised, practical, and solutions-focused
• Physically capable and happy to lend a hand
• Leadership experience, or ready to step up
