The Role | As Store Manager, you will: - Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leading by example and setting high service standards
- Coach, develop, and recruit a motivated team, building capability across sales, operations, and visual merchandising
- Drive commercial outcomes, analysing data and taking action to lift performance
- Implement operational processes to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively
- Strengthen the store’s connection to the local community through activations and partnerships
- Champion a positive, people-focused culture where staff feel valued, engaged, and inspired
Store & Team: - Prime Whangarei location and brand spanking new store
- Lead an amazing in-store team, including an ASM, Sales Associates, Warehousing support, and a Visual Merchandiser
- Run the store like your own business with autonomy and support from a strong area leadership team
- Roster is one weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
