About the role:

We’re seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead a vibrant team of 10, supported by an Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, inspiring your team, and delivering outstanding, style-focused customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, staff development, and operational processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has proven retail management experience, and thrives in motivating a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure every customer receives a personalised, style-driven experience
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
• Oversee inventory, stock management, and operational processes
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ retail/store management experience, preferably in fashion
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver measurable results
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Flexibility to cover rostered hours as required
