This independently owned luxury fashion boutique is a destination for modern women who value individuality, confidence, and effortless style. Founded over 15 years ago, the brand is known for curating exceptional New Zealand and international designers — pieces chosen for their quality, sophistication, and wearability.

Now proudly based in Wānaka, the boutique is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead the team, create memorable client experiences, and work closely with the founder on buying, styling, and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, one-on-one styling and client experiences
• Lead boutique operations, visual presentation, and sales performance
• Motivate and develop a supportive, high-performing team
• Collaborate with the founder on buying and product curation
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with loyal clientele

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail
• Polished and confident, with a genuine passion for styling and fashion trends
• Warm, hands-on leader who thrives in a boutique setting
• Proven ability to drive personal and team sales results
• Strong organisational and visual merchandising skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach
• Full NZ working rights
