Step into a beautifully refurbished boutique in Christchurch, representing some of the most prestigious names in international and local watch and jewellery design.

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you’ll deliver one-on-one client experiences that go beyond the transaction — creating long-term relationships built on trust, expertise, and genuine connection. Whether you’re already experienced in luxury retail or come from a high-end consultative sales background, this is your opportunity to align your career with craftsmanship, elegance, and service excellence.

What’s in It for You

• $28–$30+ per hour (based on experience)
• Quarterly commission on personal sales
• Monthly store performance bonuses
• Set roster – 5 days per week (42 hours), including one weekend day
• Comprehensive product and brand training across watches & fine jewellery
• Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values professionalism and pride in what they do

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver a refined, consultative customer experience for every client
• Drive personal and store KPIs through service and relationship-building
• Stay across luxury trends and product launches in watches & jewellery
• Build repeat business through clienteling and local networking
• Support events and in-store activations with confidence and polish

About You

• 2+ years of experience in consultative or high-end retail sales
• Confident communicator with exceptional presentation standards
• Proven success in achieving personal sales and service KPIs
• Passionate about craftsmanship, design, and luxury products
• Must have full NZ working rights
