About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead the Emerald team. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who loves the outdoors, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being on the floor coaching and supporting their team.

You’ll be responsible for driving store performance, creating an engaging customer experience, and fostering a culture where your team loves what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of five to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive store performance across sales, profitability, and key KPIs.
• Maintain visual and operational standards to reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and adventure.
• Manage rosters, wages, and budgets in line with company expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company policies.

About You

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up.
• Experience within big-box, specialty, or high-volume retail environments.
• Passion for the outdoors – whether it’s camping, fishing, boating, or 4WD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Commercially minded with experience managing KPIs, wages, and budgets.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
