Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll lead a small team with heart and purpose, balancing daily operations with a focus on connection and consistency. Your Day-to-Day:

• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock management
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalised service and genuine conversation
• Drive sales results and motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs
• Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards across every touchpoint
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and create a culture built on trust and teamwork
• Contribute to the broader brand story through feedback, community connection and service excellence
