Your New Role: 

This is a hybrid role that blends Store Management and Cluster Leadership.

You’ll lead your own store as the base location while overseeing three additional locations across the Northern Beaches. You’ll balance hands-on management in your store with leadership, coaching and operational support for the wider cluster. It’s an excellent step for an experienced Store Manager ready to expand their influence while remaining connected to the shop floor and customers.

The Day To Day:

• Manage your base store’s daily operations, team performance and customer experience
• Lead, mentor and support Store Managers and teams across four locations in total; visiting them weekly/ or fortnightly.
• Drive consistent sales results, customer service standards and visual presentation across all stores
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth across the cluster
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training to strengthen team capability
• Partner with Head Office on rostering, reporting, operations and brand initiatives
• Maintain a positive, professional and community-focused culture across all stores.

The Experience Checklist: 

• Proven success as a Senior Store Manager or exposure to cluster/ dual-site retail management. 
• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate across multiple teams
• Organised and commercially minded with confidence in sales analysis and KPI management
• Passionate and experienced in retail fashion and creating meaningful customer experiences
• Adaptable and proactive with a hands-on leadership approach
