About You
You’re a polished, empathetic, and commercially savvy leader who loves creating memorable customer experiences. You take pride in presentation, communication, and leading by example. You’ll likely bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in Store or Boutique Management within fashion, accessories, homewares, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven ability to elevate team culture and performance through coaching and accountability.
• Strong visual merchandising standards and an eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for people, product, and service excellence.
