About the Role

As a Store Management Couple, you’ll take ownership of all daily operations of a busy community store, ensuring smooth business performance, effective merchandising, and adherence to company policies and budgets.

You’ll work closely with regional leadership while mentoring and developing a local team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales performance, stock control, and financial reporting
• Overseeing staffing levels, training, and rosters
• Ensuring strong merchandising, presentation, and WHS compliance
• Building community engagement and a customer-first culture
• Supporting the Regional Manager with reporting and quarterly reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Proven retail, supermarket, or hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Solid understanding of store operations, stock control, and cash management
• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service
• Resilience, adaptability, and cultural awareness
• Commitment to living and working in remote Indigenous communities
• Full Australian working rights (no visa restrictions)
• Ability to obtain a current National Police Check
