About the Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations — from driving sales performance and leading the team to maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and delivering a memorable in-store experience.

You’ll take ownership of team development, stock management, and daily operations, while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with customers, and motivating a team to achieve great results.

• Have previous experience in retail, preferably in a management role
