• Drive store operations, from customer care to visual merchandising
• Coach, motivate, and support your team to achieve results, and deliver wow moments
• Keep the store looking beautiful, on-brand, and inspiring
• Maintain stock integrity and execute seamless product flow
• Build a vibrant team culture that aligns with company values
• Discover growth opportunities and be hands-on in achieving business outcomes 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience - fashion background highly regarded
• A passion for people, service, and stylish customer experiences
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets and leading high-energy teams
• Natural confidence with communication and people management
• A creative eye for product presentation and store styling
• Tech-comfortable – you’ll be across POS, rostering tools, and reporting
