Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within pharmacy, health, or large-scale retail environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, rostering, and team development.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support a consultative approach.
• Experience in stock management, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, reporting tools, and general retail technology.
• Motivated to achieve sales targets while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
