Your New Role

Based in the brands outlet, this role supports a high-volume, fast-moving store where no two days look the same. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead and motivate a passionate team, drive sales, and keep the store running smoothly. A key focus will be managing stock efficiently, maintaining strong visual presentation, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional styling experience every time they visit.

What You’ll Get Up To:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver service and styling that builds customer loyalty
• Take ownership of back-of-house organisation and ensure effective stock flow and replenishment
• Step up to manage the store when required, maintaining consistency across all areas
• Help create a supportive and positive store culture that keeps the team motivated and engaged

Experience Checklist

• Retail leadership experience at Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor level
• Background in fashion or apparel retail, ideally in a high-volume or outlet environment
• Comfortable managing large volumes of stock and working in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and organisation skills with a hands-on approach
• Passion for customer experience, team development and genuine connection
