Your New Role

The Day to Day

• Lead, train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales results

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Analyse store performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with your Area Manager and team to share ideas and celebrate wins
