About the Role
As the BOH/Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of all stock control and inventory management for the Queensland flagship store at Garden City. Working closely with the Store Manager and ASM, you’ll ensure seamless stock flow, manage high-volume turnover, and support VM execution across the floor. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to stay organised, lead with pace, and uphold operational standards will directly impact sales performance and customer experience.

What You Need

• Proven retail leadership experience, ideally in apparel or high-volume retail
• Strong stock control, inventory, and BOH operations expertise
• Visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail
• Organisational strength with the ability to work at pace
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development
