This retailer is looking for a passionate and creative Regional Visual Merchandiser to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind executing our VM strategy across 45 stores across Australia, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute seasonal VM directives across the region, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.
• Partner with Store Managers and Regional Leaders to elevate store presentation and customer engagement.
• Deliver inspiring window displays, in-store layouts, and product storytelling that maximise commercial impact.
• Train, coach, and develop in-store teams to strengthen VM execution and standards.
• Plan and oversee new store openings, refits, and promotional launches.
• Report on performance, providing insights and recommendations that influence trading results.

About You We’re seeking someone who is both creative and commercially minded, with:

• Proven experience and tenure in Visual Merchandising, ideally across multi-site or regional management.
• Strong eye for detail, styling, and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire store teams.
• High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences through visual impact.
