What’s the role all about?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the largest flagship store in Victoria! Through clear leadership and strong operational discipline, you will drive commercial success while fostering a high-performing team culture. The store operates at a high volume, so we’re looking for someone who can balance priorities, coach on the floor, and maintain impeccable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large, multi-level retail team to exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Drive commercial outcomes through exceptional customer service and client relationship building.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Manage all store operations with precision, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Ensure smooth and efficient store functioning through clear delegation and follow-up.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment where performance is celebrated.

You’ll bring…

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume, premium retail environment.
• Confidence in managing large teams with multiple leadership layers.
• A resilient, mature, and solutions-focused approach to leadership and problem-solving.
• Strong operational ability, particularly in rostering, stock management, and loss prevention.
• A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to coach on the floor and drive performance.

Important details

• Roster: Tuesday - Saturday
• Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 base salary + Super + Retail Incentive Scheme
• Bonuses: Monthly & seasonal bonus potential for hitting store and productivity targets
