They’re searching for an e-commerce pro to take the reins of their fast-growing online store and elevate the customer journey from first scroll to final sale. The Opportunity You’ll be the digital heartbeat of the business—driving campaigns, promotions, and product launches across a bustling Shopify platform. From crafting irresistible bundles to optimising site architecture and pulling sharp GA4 insights, you’ll make sure every online interaction delivers results.

• Own the site: end-to-end Shopify management, promotions, pricing, landing pages, and flawless QA.
• Champion content: perfect product data, metadata, imagery, and SEO.
• Analyse & act: deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights to lift conversion and AOV.
• Collaborate & connect: work alongside AU digital, marketing, buying, and a passionate member network.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail pedigree is a must. 2–4+ years in in-house retail e-commerce or agency experience working specifically on retail accounts.
• Advanced Shopify skills (themes, app integrations, site architecture).
• Confident with analytics and reporting - GA4, Shopify Analytics, Excel.
• Detail obsessed, commercially savvy, and comfortable working at pace.
• Bonus: HTML/CSS, BI tools, Photoshop/Canva.
