About the role:

• Driving sales performance and hitting commercial KPIs
• Coaching and developing a large team to deliver world-class service
• Delivering exciting store visuals and maintaining retail standards
• Managing rosters, payroll, and productivity with commercial savvy
• Overseeing stock flow, compliance, and loss prevention measures
• Leading by example on the sales floor to drive customer engagement

What you need:

• 2+ years’ experience in retail management, ideally in a high-volume store
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results
• A confident leader who thrives in motivating and mentoring teams
• Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
• A genuine passion for streetwear, sport, and lifestyle retail
