About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Indooroopilly location. You’ll be accountable for overall store performance, sales outcomes, team leadership, and creating an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire and coach your team, deliver KPIs, and respond quickly to business priorities will set you up for success. You’ll drive wage control, stock management, and visual execution while building a motivated, high-performing team culture.

What You Need

• Proven retail management experience in a fashion or high-volume environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop your team
• Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs and budgets
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering memorable in-store experiences
