Your New Role

As the Stock Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the boutique’s daily operations. Responsible for the back-of-house environment, you’ll ensure stock is organised, accounted for and easily accessible for the team. This role is critical in maintaining the flow of product to the floor, supporting sales teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You Will Get Up To:

• Manage all stockroom operations, including receiving deliveries, unpacking, tagging and storing stock.
• Conduct daily and weekly stock counts, ensuring accuracy in all records.
• Support the sales team by maintaining an organised stockroom and preparing product for the floor.
• Oversee transfers between stores, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement of stock.
• Coordinate online orders, including picking, packing and liaising with couriers or head office when required.
• Liaise with store management and head office on stock movements, transfers and replenishments.
• Oversee compliance with stock handling procedures to minimise shrinkage and errors.
• Prepare product for client appointments, events and visual merchandising launches.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient back-of-house environment.

The Experience Checklist

• Previous experience in a stock coordinator or stockroom role or incredibly passionate about stock organisation (ideally within fashion or accessories retail).
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities.
• Confidence using inventory or POS systems to record and manage stock.
• A proactive and reliable team player who supports front-of-house staff.
• An interest in fashion and delivering a seamless client experience.
