About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager you will:

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations of the business
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage stock and inventory effectively
• Work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment

• Experience in retail, supermarket or hospitality leadership
• A hands-on approach to leading and developing teams
• Resilience, adaptability and a community-minded attitude
