About the role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and actively support your team daily. You will maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain high health and safety standards and actively manage risk to ensure a secure workplace
• Execute daily store operations with a hands-on approach to guarantee efficiency and smooth service

Requirements:
