About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key support to the Store Manager in leading an energetic team through the fast pace of a high-footfall outlet environment. You’ll take ownership of driving results, delivering exceptional service, and upholding premium visual and operational standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, premium experiences that build long-term client relationships.
• Motivate and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations including stock flow, styling, and floor presentation.
• Uphold brand standards while adapting to the dynamic DFO trading pace.
