Your New Role: 
  
As the Area Manager, you will lead a portfolio including a few different brands and format. Your focus will be to deliver consistent brand execution, drive commercial outcomes and elevate the customer experience across each location. Working closely with your team of store managers you will be there to champion their success and keep the big picture strategy alive on the ground.

• Visit stores regularly to provide support, coaching and direction to Managers
• Review sales reports and store performance to identify what’s working and where improvements are needed
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand expectations every time.
• Work with Store Managers to build strong teams and support staff development and progression
• Creating staff plans that meet business needs and help stores run smoothly
• Communicate clearly with HQ teams to help roll out promotions, campaigns and new season launches
• Lead with a focus on consistency and customer experience across all locations

The Experience Checklist: 

• Proven experience and success within area or regional management overseeing more than 8+ locations ideally within fashion or apparel
• Confident using store data and KPIs to drive performance and make informed decisions
• You’ve led and developed high performing teams, with a focus on culture, accountability and results
• Experienced in managing stock, rosters, visual merchandising and compliance across multiple sites
• You enjoy being on the floor, supporting your teams and staying connected to the customer experience during visits.
• You’re a strong communicator who builds relationships easily and brings people with you through change.
• You hold a current driver’s licence and are open to regular interstate travel
• Experience with brick & mortar and concession retail formats is preferred but not essential.
