This is a slower-paced environment compared to your typical high-volume fashion store - perfect for someone who thrives on quality over quantity, relationship-building over targets, and working with a team that truly values warmth and authenticity!

What you’ll bring:

• Previous retail experience in fashion, beauty, footwear, or similar
• A natural love for customer service and personal styling
• Strong team spirit and a down-to-earth attitude
• Confidence to support and work closely with the Store Manager
• An interest in in-store activations, styling sessions, or local events is a bonus!
• Consultative retail experience - a track record of spending time styling & curating long-lasting customer relationships
