The Opportunity
Join one of Perth’s most prestigious luxury watch boutiques as a Boutique Support Executive - a hybrid role that blends operations, administration, and high-end service. You’ll be a key part of the team, supporting daily store functions and enhancing the client experience with precision and professionalism.
You’ll report to the Finance Manager (based in Sydney) while working closely with the Boutique Manager and team onsite. From banking and invoicing to repairs and inventory, your attention to detail and calm presence will help ensure the boutique runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing - Manage daily admin: billing, banking, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory is up to date
- Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries, finance, and repairs
- Provide aftercare support with timely updates
- Uphold internal audit standards and support compliance processes
- Respond to client enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
What You’ll Bring - Experience in admin, stock control, or BOH retail/hospitality roles
- Strong Excel skills and ERP system knowledge is a bonus
- Detail-focused, organised and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Open to backgrounds beyond luxury – premium retail, hospitality, or any client-facing role where detail and service matter
- A passion for craftsmanship or timepieces is the cherry on top
