HR Administrator / Coordinator | Auckland_NewZealand

The perfect entry level HR opportunity for someone with 6-12x months practical HR experience or a recent graduate. Immediate start available.

Our client: 

Is one of New Zealand's leading flooring and window furnishings retailers with over 100x locations nationwide across their group. This role will see you provide broad HR support to line managers and employees on Human Resource matters to maximise employee performance and engagement. You will have wrap around support from your direct manager the Group HR Manager plus extended support from an HR Advisor and Payroll Manager. 

Key areas of focus for this support role include: 

-Support the business with ensuring all HR policies are being adhered to and offering recommendations to continuously improve the HR policies across the group 
-HR Administration including the likes of contract generation, updating job descriptions, organisational charts, maintaining personnel records and the like 
-Support the HR Advisor and Head of HR with Health and Safety activities
-Act as a Superuser for the HRIS system and support with all data, analytics and reporting 
-Provide support with recruitment administration for the HR Advisor and payroll administration when required 
-Be eager to support with all and any HR projects 

Skills & attributes required for this opportunity: 

-Either someone with 6-12x months practical HR Admin or Coordination experience OR a recent graduate with a wealth of theory looking to implement it into their first HR role 
-Exceptionally strong attention to detail 
-A natural affinity to learn and grow 
-Superb communication skills both in written and verbal form 
-Confidence with stakeholder management
