About the Role:
As the Store Manager of this high-profile boutique, you’ll bring a signature style to life—creating a premium, client-centric shopping experience from the moment the doors open.
You’ll lead with purpose and presence, driving store performance, building a high-performing and service-led team, and ensuring every detail reflects the sophistication and professionalism the brand is known for. From managing high stock volumes to coaching your team with care, this is your chance to combine operational excellence with fashion-forward leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team
• Create a welcoming and customer-focused in-store experience
• Oversee store operations including stock control, rostering, and compliance
• Drive performance to meet and exceed sales and service targets
• Maintain high store standards in visual merchandising and presentation
• Ensure the store is safe, well-organised, and operating efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and development
• A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills
