Your New Role: As the Assistant Store Manager for Homebush DFO, you’ll be right in the thick of it, supporting the Store Manager and helping the team deliver a high standard of service every day. You’ll take the lead on the floor, coach team members, and make sure the store runs smoothly. This is a great step up if you're ready to take on more responsibility and grow your leadership skills in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Getting Up To: - Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, team development and store performance
- Creating personalised experiences through expert service and confident bra fitting
- Coaching and motivating team members to meet individual and store targets
- Assisting with stock, visual merchandising and keeping the store looking its best
- Helping with rosters, performance management and store compliance
- Being a role model and creating a positive, team-focused environment
You’ll Be A Great Fit If: We are looking for someone with experience in a similar retail environment, whether that is as a Senior Sales Assistant, 2IC or Assistant Store Manager. You will bring confidence to the floor, lead by example and support the Store Manager in building a positive and high-performing team culture. Most importantly, you care about people and take pride in delivering warm and thoughtful service every day.
- Experience in fashion, lingerie or specialty retail has given you a strong understanding of what great service looks like.
- You’ve had some leadership exposure and know how to keep things calm, organised and moving in a busy retail environment.
- Clear communication comes naturally to you, and you build trust easily with both customers and colleagues.
- You’re able to juggle daily priorities without letting the details slip.
- You approach the fitting experience with care, sensitivity and confidence.
- Most importantly, you’re ready for a new challenge with a brand that values quality, connection and helping people feel their best.
