What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a confident, professional, and service-led sales specialist with experience in one or more of the following:

• Luxury retail, fine jewellery, premium watches, or high-end hospitality
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
• A genuine passion for curating elevated client experiences
• Confidence in managing high-value transactions with attention to detail and discretion
• A polished, articulate communication style and professional personal presentation

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering personalised, memorable service that exceeds client expectations
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs within a supportive, high-performing team environment
• Building and maintaining a loyal client portfolio through meaningful relationships and tailored service
• Maintaining deep product knowledge and staying current on luxury trends
• Supporting store operations including stock handling, VM, and administration
