The Role

We’re looking for a confident, style-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of their Bondi Junction Boutique. You’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager — leading by example on the shop floor, building real connections with customers, and coaching your team to hit sales goals. It’s a hands-on role where no two days look the same — think styling, mentoring, visual merchandising, and making sure every customer leaves feeling like a VIP.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a premium or fashion retail environment
• Someone who loves fashion and knows how to create memorable client experiences!
• A natural team motivator who leads with positivity and purpose
• Sales-driven, with a strong eye for detail and a good handle on KPIs
• Calm under pressure and happy to jump in wherever needed
