About the Job:

You will maintain high levels of customer service standards with all customer interactions while creating an exceptional experience. You will lead training and development of your team to achieve store budgets and goals. 

About You: 

• 2+ Years Management experience
• A dedicated, experienced leader, who is excited for a role that will allow you to grow within an expanding business!  
• A bubbly, bright, go-getter attitude, with great communication & conversational skills 
• A passion for sustainability and working within an inclusive environment 
• Passion to take initiative and look after the business as your own
