What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing a large, motivated team in a flagship environment.
• Driving store performance through strong leadership, clear KPIs, and coaching.
• Overseeing all operational aspects of the store including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Building an energetic and collaborative team culture that supports internal growth and progression.
• Creating an engaging and memorable customer experience that reflects the brand’s values.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in high-volume or fast-paced retail.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires their team.
• Operationally strong with excellent attention to detail and back-of-house processes.
• Performance-focused with a natural ability to coach, motivate and drive team success.
